"I have stayed at Casa Renata on numerous trips to Cozumel since 2004. I am trying to help the owner sell it. I have seen pictures of the construction which she keeps in a scrapbook and it is clear that she she has been involved from the ground up in this lovely creation. Further, she has consistently applied a passion for ensuring that is kept sparkling clean and tidy.

The house is spacious and open allowing for wonderful breezes to waft through. There is plenty of room for scuba gear and an area out near the garden for taking care of gear.

The house has 3 BR, 3BA with large walk-in showers. It is a perfect place for a family or group of friends to enjoy.

Located a short 5 minute drive to the town, hotel pools, beaches, dive boats and nightlife.

One of the two downstairs bedrooms has a king-size bed that can be converted into twin-size beds. The larger bedroom has two queen-size beds. They are air-conditioned and have 52" ceiling fans. Both rooms have their own bathrooms with large walk-in showers. The two downstairs bedrooms are connected by a covered terrace, a perfect place to and chill. Upstairs is the master bedroom suite with a king-size bed and a spacious bath with tub and shower. There is also a loft upstairs with a daybed and another palapa-covered terrace overlooking the tropical garden.

Downstairs in front of the house is the kitchen with all the amenities of home and a breakfast bar. The spacious living/dining area has lots of seating capacity. In the back, just three stops off the terrace is a patio. One may hang out in a hammock, read or watch the wildlife in the tropical garden. There are hummingbirds, finches, tame turtles, lizards and iquanas. The back wall is in constant bloom with Bougainvilleas in all colors. Banana trees and coconut palms and many more tropical foliage to add to the place's beauty.
